A Message to Heroes Welcome in Watton from His Lordship
I am sorry I cannot be with you in person today but I am delighted to congratulate and thank the Town of Watton and Breckland Council on joining the The Heroes Welcome Campaign. Watton and Breckland have a long association with the Armed Forces, now most obviously through support to RAF Marham and The Light Dragoons. Personnel from both units have taken part in difficult and dangerous operations on behalf of our Nation in Afghanistan, and previously in Iraq, and thoroughly deserve our support in return. It is wonderful that Watton and Breckland are so firmly behind our people. Thank you.
